Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational duties, including:

• Strategic Oversight & Compliance: Lead the oversight of valuations for assigned clients, verifying that all relevant checks against fund NAVs, benchmarks, and reasonability reports are executed with absolute accuracy.
• Operational Leadership: Maintain comprehensive managerial oversight of all fund group operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
• Escalation & Problem Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues, resolving complex challenges with expertise and ensuring timely remediation while minimizing operational risks.
• Team Development & Training: Cultivate a high-performing team by providing ongoing training, mentorship, and career development opportunities, ensuring staff are equipped with the skills to deliver exceptional service.
• Risk Management & Loss Prevention: Monitor errors, potential breaches, and financial losses, documenting incidents meticulously and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Drive training initiatives where necessary to mitigate future risks.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for fund accounting activities, attending service calls, and leading projects with clarity and strategic foresight. Collaborate closely with client relationship managers to align current processes with evolving business needs, identifying gaps and proposing actionable improvements.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate the operational environment, identifying inefficiencies and driving data-driven enhancements to streamline workflows and elevate service quality.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Provide technical guidance during client visits or projects, leveraging your deep understanding of fund accounting processes to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Query Resolution & Documentation: Ensure effective logging, tracking, and resolution of client inquiries within agreed-upon timelines, escalating complex issues as needed to the appropriate stakeholders.
