As our IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving process optimization, fostering digital transformation, and ensuring seamless integration between business goals and technological execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for automation, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business value through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

In this strategic position, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Requirements Engineering: Lead the comprehensive gathering, analysis, prioritization, and documentation of business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows to serve as clear blueprints for IT development and implementation.
• Process Optimization and Transformation: Conduct in-depth analysis of As-Is and To-Be processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Act as a catalyst for digital transformation and automation initiatives, driving innovation that enhances productivity and competitiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate engaging stakeholder interviews, workshops, and validation sessions to ensure requirements are accurately captured and consensus-driven. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating their vision into actionable IT strategies.
• Solution Validation and Assurance: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business readiness assessments, and requirements traceability to guarantee that proposed solutions meet expectations and deliver tangible outcomes. Validate solutions against business needs and conduct gap and impact analyses to mitigate risks.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, interactive dashboards, and insightful business analytics to empower leadership with data-driven decision-making tools. Leverage your analytical prowess to uncover trends, forecast challenges, and recommend data-backed strategies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with business teams, IT architects, developers, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure end-to-end alignment. Champion solutions that not only meet technical requirements but also drive organizational growth and innovation.

Requirements

To excel in this dynamic role, you will bring:

• Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, providing a robust technical and analytical foundation.
• Corporate Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a corporate environment, with a strong preference for candidates who have honed their skills in Corporate IT, particularly within industries such as Retail, Food & Beverage (F&B), Entertainment, or Real Estate.
• Expertise in Requirements and Process Analysis: Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, meticulous documentation, and effective stakeholder management. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives is critical.
• Solution Validation and Change Management: Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), crafting business cases, conducting gap and impact assessments, and managing change requests to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
• Analytical and Communication Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills to dissect complex business challenges and communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and persuasively. Your ability to translate business needs into precise IT requirements will be a cornerstone of your success.

While not mandatory, the following certifications are highly regarded and will further enhance your candidacy:

• Preferred: ITIL V4, CBAP
• Desirable: TOGAF, COBIT
