Nurse – Full-Time Opportunity at DSFH Madinah

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our team at the upcoming DSFH Madinah facility. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care that aligns with the highest standards of clinical excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide holistic nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions, ensuring every patient receives personalized attention and support.
• Clinical Excellence: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with medical procedures, and ensure accurate documentation in patient records to maintain seamless continuity of care.
• Collaborative Healthcare: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Patient and Family Education: Empower patients and their families with clear, compassionate guidance on treatment plans, health management, and preventive care strategies.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold strict infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies to create a secure and hygienic healthcare environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensure and Education: A valid nursing license or registration, along with completion of an accredited nursing program. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is highly preferred.
• Clinical Proficiency: Proven expertise in assessment, care planning, medication administration, and patient monitoring, with experience in acute or tertiary care settings.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, fostering trust and clarity in care delivery.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to precision in documentation and adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards to ensure error-free and patient-safe care.
• Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to work in rotating shifts, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Specialized Experience: Prior experience in specialized areas such as medical-surgical nursing, ICU, emergency care, pediatrics, or maternity is a significant advantage.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is beneficial and will be highly valued in our diverse patient population.
