Identify critical abnormalities such as pericardial tamponade, cardiac tumors, valve dysfunction, or complex congenital heart disease, promptly notifying cardiologists for urgent intervention. Prepare detailed reports and video recordings for consultant review, ensuring comprehensive documentation of findings.
• Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE): Lead pre-procedure preparation, including equipment sterilization and patient consent acquisition. Conduct thorough patient assessments, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance through clear communication. Administer sedation and monitor vital signs meticulously during the procedure, with vigilant post-procedure observation for complications.
• Stress Testing Excellence: Execute **Treadmill Exercise Tests, Dobutamine Stress Tests, and Nuclear Imaging (Sestamibi/Thallium)** with meticulous attention to detail.
