Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance sales performance metrics, distribution efficiency, and operational workflows to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, distribution management, or a related commercial role within the hospitality, F&B, or retail sectors.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and optimizing distribution networks in a regional or international context.
• Strong track record of negotiating high-value contracts, managing key accounts, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s business landscape, regulatory environment, and consumer preferences.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
