In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing structural systems for a diverse range of projects, including but not limited to commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure developments. Your expertise will ensure that every structure meets rigorous safety, performance, and regulatory standards while aligning with the latest advancements in engineering technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural Design & Analysis: Develop and implement structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other civil infrastructure projects, utilizing advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro. Conduct detailed load calculations, material selection, and structural assessments to ensure compliance with national and international codes.
• On-Site Oversight: Actively participate in site inspections and monitoring to verify that construction activities adhere to approved designs and engineering specifications. Address field-related challenges with technical solutions and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural systems seamlessly into project deliverables. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, drawings, and documentation to support project approvals, permits, and client communications. Maintain accurate records of design revisions, site observations, and engineering decisions.
• Sustainability & Innovation: Contribute to sustainable design practices by evaluating the environmental impact of materials and construction methods. Stay updated on emerging trends in structural engineering to propose innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field** from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of **3+ years of relevant experience** in structural engineering, preferably in the Middle East or international projects.
• Proficiency in **structural analysis and design software**, including but not limited to AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
• Strong understanding of **Saudi Arabian building codes (SABCA), ACI, AISC, and Eurocodes**, along with local construction practices.
• Excellent **problem-solving skills** and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Fluency in **English** (written and spoken) and **Arabic** is a significant advantage.
• Experience with **project management tools** and familiarity with **BIM (Building Information Modeling)** is a plus.
