Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead technical reviews and audits to mitigate risks, enhance safety protocols, and improve project outcomes for onshore pipeline initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with clients, regulators, and internal teams to align technical strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates must possess:

• A **master’s degree or equivalent** in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, petroleum engineering, or a related discipline.
• **15+ years of progressive experience** in onshore pipeline engineering, construction, or operations, with a strong focus on technical leadership.
• Proven expertise in **pipeline design, stress analysis, corrosion management, and integrity assessments**.
• Deep knowledge of **Saudi and international regulatory frameworks**, including those governing pipeline safety and environmental compliance.
• Experience with **EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects** and familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in **Arabic and English** is highly advantageous, given the on-site requirements in Saudi Arabia.
