Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of building services staff, ensuring alignment with company policies, safety protocols, and operational goals. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Facility Maintenance Coordination: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring all facilities—including offices, workshops, and operational areas—remain in optimal condition. Collaborate with internal and external vendors to execute repairs, upgrades, and compliance checks efficiently.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety training sessions to mitigate hazards and ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Resource Optimization: Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies to maximize cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and maintaining open communication with management, contractors, and end-users.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of **3–5 years of experience** in building services, facility management, or a related field, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of **maintenance protocols, cleaning standards, and facility operations**, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep.
• Excellent **leadership and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
• Proficient in **project management** and scheduling tools, with experience in coordinating multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with **Saudi Arabian labor laws, HSE regulations**, and compliance requirements is highly advantageous.
