In this position, you will play a critical role in safeguarding Blake Anderson’s interests by negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and managing a diverse portfolio of contracts—ranging from commercial agreements to service-level agreements (SLAs) and vendor partnerships. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and internal policies, all while driving operational efficiency and cost savings.

As a **Contracts Manager**, your responsibilities will include:

• Contract Development and Negotiation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft, review, and negotiate contracts that reflect the company’s strategic goals while protecting its financial and operational interests.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks within contracts and propose mitigation strategies to minimize exposure for Blake Anderson.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution and continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure all contracts adhere to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements, reducing legal vulnerabilities and enhancing transparency.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation and execution to renewal and termination, leveraging technology and best practices for efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contract metrics to evaluate vendor performance and align with business objectives.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine contract management processes to enhance scalability, reduce administrative burdens, and improve overall efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven track record of successfully managing high-value contracts in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Expertise in contract law, negotiation tactics, and commercial agreements, with a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian and international business regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex contractual challenges and drive data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Familiarity with contract management software and tools, such as Icertis, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCM, CCP) is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in contracts management, legal, procurement, or a related discipline.
