As an integral part of our Finance & Accounting department, you will oversee core accounting functions while supporting strategic initiatives, including ERP system enhancements and financial reporting tailored to the logistics industry. Your Impact

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Manage comprehensive accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Oversee petty cash management, bank reconciliations, and VAT reconciliation and filings, adhering to Saudi Arabia’s regulatory requirements and ZATCA guidelines.
• Handle fixed asset accounting and month-end closings with precision, delivering timely and accurate financial reports to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust Chart of Accounts (COA) and accounting processes optimized for logistics and supply chain operations.
• Support ERP implementation and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration of financial systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, contributing to financial forecasting and strategic planning.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial transparency, compliance, and process optimization.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, complemented by 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and VAT, with a strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s regulatory landscape.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software, including experience with ERP implementation or finance system migration being highly advantageous.
• Proficient MS Excel skills, including advanced data analysis, modeling, and reporting capabilities.
• A deep understanding of Chart of Accounts structures and financial reporting frameworks tailored to operational businesses.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines, particularly during month-end closings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with finance teams, stakeholders, and operational departments.
