• Delivering Life-Saving Patient Care: Provide high-caliber pre-hospital and in-hospital medical assistance aligned with patient needs and approved protocols, under the guidance of our Operations Supervisor and medical oversight team. Your clinical expertise will be the cornerstone of every intervention.
• Ensuring Vehicle and Equipment Readiness: Operate and maintain EMS vehicles and equipment with meticulous attention to detail. Conduct thorough pre-shift vehicle checks, log all necessary documentation, and promptly report any malfunctions or damages to ensure operational efficiency at all times.
• Administrative and Clinical Reporting: Execute administrative tasks and clinical documentation with precision, including incident reports, accident logs, and equipment defects. Your accuracy will be vital in maintaining compliance and transparency within our systems.
• Fostering Team Collaboration: Work synergistically with EMS colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive and effective patient care. Assist in the onboarding and development of new team members, contributing to a culture of continuous growth and support.
• Prioritizing Safety and Cleanliness: Uphold stringent safety protocols for both patients and EMS staff. Maintain personal hygiene standards and ensure that ambulances and medical equipment are consistently clean, sanitized, and organized for optimal functionality.

• Equipment Mastery: Proficiency in operating EMS equipment and maintaining composure during high-pressure emergency situations. Your technical skills and adaptability will be tested in unpredictable environments.
• Multitasking Under Pressure: The capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while remaining calm, focused, and solution-oriented in fast-paced scenarios.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician, providing a solid foundation for your role within our team.
• Education: A diploma or higher in Emergency Medical Services or a related clinical emergency field, ensuring you possess the academic background necessary for this demanding role.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both oral and written English and Arabic, enabling seamless communication with diverse stakeholders and patients.
• Certifications and Licenses: Valid Light Transport Driving License, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Emergency Vehicle Operator Safety (EVOS), and a valid SCFHS license for the EMS profession.
