As the **Logistics Operations Team Leader**, you will oversee a high-performing team responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and distribution activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and empower a skilled logistics team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Implement best practices in training, performance management, and talent development to ensure operational excellence.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily logistics operations, including order processing, inventory management, and warehouse workflows, to minimize delays and maximize productivity. Leverage data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including procurement, manufacturing, and customer service—to align logistics strategies with business objectives. Ensure seamless integration between inbound shipments, production schedules, and outbound deliveries.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance logistics workflows to reduce costs, improve cycle times, and enhance service levels. Stay abreast of industry trends and adopt innovative technologies to future-proof operations.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, safety protocols, and Lenovo’s operational policies. Mitigate risks associated with logistics disruptions, such as delays or quality issues, to maintain service continuity.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner with internal teams and external vendors to foster strong relationships. Represent Lenovo in logistics-related discussions and negotiations to drive mutual success.
