Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Direct and oversee all site activities for substation and OHTL projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, risk management protocols, and environmental standards to mitigate operational hazards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in managing substation or OHTL projects, with a strong background in construction, commissioning, or maintenance.
• Proven leadership in overseeing teams of 20+ personnel in high-stakes environments.
• Deep knowledge of electrical infrastructure standards, including IEC, IEEE, and local regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI) and ERP/construction software (e.g., SAP, Primavera).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
