• Lead the pre-opening phase with a focus on meticulous planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure a seamless transition from construction to guest operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with The Ritz-Carlton’s global standards, including housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, and revenue management.
• Mentor and empower a diverse team of leaders and staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and guest-centric excellence.
• Oversee the training and development of all operational teams, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver the iconic Ritz-Carlton experience from day one.
