As the Reservations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing customer bookings, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of concrete products to meet project deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

• Order and Booking Coordination: Process and manage customer orders with precision, including confirming project details, concrete specifications, delivery schedules, and site locations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to facilitate smooth order execution, resolve operational challenges, and maintain seamless workflows.
• Customer Engagement and Communication: Maintain transparent and professional communication with clients regarding order confirmations, modifications, and delivery updates to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Administrative and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of sales orders, bookings, and deliveries while preparing regular reports on performance metrics, sales trends, and operational insights.
• Support Sales Operations: Assist the Sales Team in generating quotations, processing orders, and compiling reports to enhance productivity and meet business targets.
• Order Monitoring and Follow-Up: Track pending and upcoming orders, ensuring proactive coordination with relevant departments to mitigate delays and optimize delivery timelines.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A strong academic foundation in commerce, logistics, or construction management is highly advantageous.
• Professional Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Sales Coordination, Order Management, Customer Service, or a similar role within the Ready-Mix Concrete, Construction, or related industries. Familiarity with the intricacies of concrete product delivery and project timelines is a significant asset.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of concrete products, order processing workflows, and the construction industry’s operational dynamics. Experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment is essential.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong preference. Ability to engage effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and order tracking.
