As a Senior Audit & Assurance Specialist, you will:

• Lead and execute complex audit engagements in alignment with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and local regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
• Assess financial and operational risks within the mining value chain, from exploration and extraction to processing and logistics, to identify vulnerabilities and recommend actionable solutions.
• Engage with senior management and boards to provide strategic assurance, interpret regulatory changes, and advise on best practices for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with industry experts to deliver tailored audit solutions that align with the unique challenges of the mining sector, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of audit innovation.
• Leverage advanced tools and technologies to enhance audit efficiency, data analytics, and reporting, while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.
