As we expand our footprint in the Middle East, our office in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer to drive excellence in water and wastewater infrastructure. Your Impact

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design, planning, and execution of critical wet utility systems—including potable water, wastewater/sewerage, irrigation, and fire protection networks—across large-scale infrastructure projects. Your expertise will ensure compliance with stringent local regulations while integrating seamlessly with broader project objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and detailed engineering of wet utility systems, ensuring optimal performance, resilience, and scalability for projects ranging from urban masterplans to specialized industrial facilities.
• Technical Excellence: Perform and oversee advanced hydraulic modeling, network analysis, and pipe sizing using industry-leading tools such as Civil 3D, WaterGEMS, and SewerGEMS to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to KSA’s technical standards, utility authority requirements, and international best practices, mitigating risks and ensuring seamless approvals.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison between wet utilities, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines to harmonize system integration, corridor planning, and interface coordination.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Bridge the gap between technical teams, government authorities, and clients by providing expert guidance, resolving complex challenges, and aligning project deliverables with strategic goals.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Empower junior engineers and team members through technical mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Documentation and Reporting: Author comprehensive engineering reports, technical specifications, and BIM/CAD deliverables that set industry benchmarks for quality and clarity.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, complemented by a robust foundation in hydraulic engineering and infrastructure systems.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in wet utilities, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, demonstrating proficiency in design, construction oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of KSA’s technical codes, utility authority mandates, and environmental regulations, ensuring alignment with local and international standards.
• Proven expertise in hydraulic modeling software, including Civil 3D, WaterGEMS, and SewerGEMS, with the ability to interpret and optimize complex system performance.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Arabic (a significant advantage) to facilitate seamless communication with stakeholders.
• A track record of mentoring junior engineers and driving collaborative solutions in multidisciplinary project environments.
