As a Senior Planning/Scheduling Engineer at WSP, you will play a central role in shaping the success of our projects from inception to completion. • Collaborate with senior management to align project objectives with business strategies, fostering transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in scheduling methodologies, including critical path analysis, resource leveling, and scenario planning, to enhance project resilience.
• Act as a subject matter expert in planning and scheduling, mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements within the organization.
• Engage with clients and contractors to communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and trust.

To excel in this role, you will bring a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale projects.
