Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Leadership: Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct thorough hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety audits to proactively identify potential hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies across all project phases.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving HSE regulations and ensure all projects adhere to legal requirements, including environmental permits, waste management, and occupational health standards.
• Training & Awareness: Design and deliver HSE training programs to empower employees, contractors, and stakeholders with the knowledge and skills to prioritize safety and environmental responsibility.
• Incident Management: Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes, recommend corrective actions, and prevent recurrence through data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with project managers, clients, and regulatory authorities to foster a collaborative approach to HSE, ensuring alignment with project objectives while upholding the highest safety and environmental standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation, including safety reports, audit findings, and performance metrics, to demonstrate compliance and drive continuous improvement.
