To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a supervisory role within instrumentation, automation, or a related technical discipline in an industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, PLCs, SCADA, and control systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISA, IEC) and regulatory requirements governing instrumentation and safety.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools for instrumentation design, monitoring, and maintenance.
