• Conversion and Upselling: Execute targeted promotions and strategies to drive conversions, upsell complementary products, and achieve individual sales targets that contribute to overall store performance.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver a friendly, professional, and engaging experience that fosters long-term customer relationships and encourages repeat visits.
• Technical Support: Assist customers with basic optical inquiries, understand prescriptions, and relay customer needs accurately to opticians and technicians to ensure precise and efficient service delivery.
• Transaction Management: Process transactions accurately through the POS system, handle insurance documentation, and resolve basic customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Compliance and Operations: Adhere to company policies, maintain product displays, and ensure cleanliness and stock availability to support a well-organized and inviting retail environment.
