Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Training Coordination: Provide end-to-end support for all training functions, ensuring alignment with our brand’s vision and operational objectives. Collaborate closely with department heads to identify training needs, development gaps, and opportunities for growth, while maintaining meticulous records of attendance, progress, and compliance.
• Crafting Exceptional Learning Materials: Develop and refine training materials, presentations, manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that reflect our commitment to luxury hospitality. Ensure these resources are not only informative but also engaging, fostering a positive and inclusive learning culture.
• Logistical Mastery: Oversee the preparation and organization of training facilities, materials, and schedules, guaranteeing a seamless experience for both trainers and participants. Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain a structured and efficient training calendar.
• Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Assist in tracking adherence to mandatory training programs, including safety protocols, service standards, and brand guidelines. Stay ahead of industry trends and operational changes, updating training content to reflect the latest service enhancements and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our team. While we value a diverse range of backgrounds, the following qualifications and skills will set you apart:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred. Your academic foundation should reflect a deep understanding of learning principles, organizational development, or hospitality operations.
• Relevant Experience: 1-2 years of experience in training, learning and development, or hospitality operations, with a particular emphasis on luxury hotels or resorts. Your background should demonstrate your ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that drive performance and engagement.
• Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential. Additional languages are a significant advantage, reflecting your ability to connect with a diverse workforce and guest base.
• Technical and Analytical Skills: Familiarity with hospitality SOPs, guest service standards, and training delivery methodologies. Your attention to detail will ensure that all documentation, records, and training materials are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with our brand’s expectations.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior trainers, and department heads.
