As a **Senior Solution Architect**, you will lead the technical vision for airport infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and future-proof architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Infrastructure Design: Architect and document comprehensive infrastructure solutions for airport systems, including cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), hybrid environments, data centers, and edge computing. Ensure designs adhere to industry best practices for high availability, redundancy, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Cloud & Hybrid Architecture: Lead the design of cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions, integrating security, automation, and operational best practices. Define landing zones, virtualization strategies, and storage architectures to support scalable airport applications.
• Resilience & Disaster Recovery: Develop robust backup, failover, and recovery strategies to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted operations in critical environments.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with application, integration, network, and cybersecurity teams to align infrastructure designs with business objectives. Provide technical guidance to delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring cohesive and scalable solutions.
• Risk & Estimation Leadership: Assess infrastructure-related risks, contribute to project planning, and support cost-effective, high-impact decision-making.

• Proven Expertise in Infrastructure Architecture: Extensive experience designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions for large-scale programs, with a focus on cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), virtualization, and data center technologies.
• Deep Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, storage solutions, and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) architectures. Strong understanding of high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Security & Automation: Expertise in infrastructure security, identity and access management (IAM), and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Ability to embed automation into design processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Cross-Domain Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business needs. Experience working with diverse teams, including developers, DevOps, and cybersecurity professionals.

Desirable Qualifications

• Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional).
• Experience in aviation, transportation, or 24/7 critical infrastructure sectors, particularly in airport environments.
• Familiarity with edge/OT (Operational Technology) hosting within airport campuses.
• Exposure to Master Service Integration (MSI) operating models or large-scale enterprise transformations.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Cloud/infrastructure certifications are a significant advantage.
