As the backbone of HR operations for our Film Studios asset, you will oversee end-to-end workforce lifecycle management, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting phased workforce mobilization, maintaining accurate HR records, and delivering timely, high-quality service to employees and leadership. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Workforce Mobilization & Onboarding: Lead recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, aligning with approved workforce plans and activation milestones.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of employee data, manpower tracking, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to governance standards. Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day workforce administration matters.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, role changes, and exits, while supporting performance management, engagement initiatives, and training programs tailored to the asset’s needs.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with centralized HR functions during incubation, activation, and early operational phases to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and alignment with group policies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Prepare HR operational reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to provide leadership with actionable insights, supporting data-driven workforce planning and organizational growth.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with HR policies, procedural standards, and document retention requirements, while supporting Saudization and workforce localization initiatives to meet regulatory and strategic objectives.
• Change Management & Communication: Drive employee communication and change management initiatives during activation and organizational ramp-up, fostering transparency and alignment across teams.
• Service Excellence: Coordinate employee requests, escalations, and follow-up actions with precision, ensuring timely resolution and a positive employee experience throughout the organization.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in lean organizations, activation-stage assets, or industries such as hospitality, entertainment, or operational environments, where workforce mobilization and operational discipline are critical.
• Strong competencies in HR operations, workforce coordination, employee relations, and organizational administration, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to bridge gaps between employees, managers, and centralized HR functions.
