Lead a High-Impact Corporate Finance Team in Saudi Arabia

As the Corporate Finance Director based in Riyadh, you will lead a high-performing team of 70 professionals, recognized as the largest corporate finance practice in the Middle East. In this strategic role, you will serve as the primary financial advisor to leading corporations, investors, and emerging businesses, facilitating complex transactions that drive growth and operational excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the financial landscape of Saudi Arabia and the broader region.

Key Responsibilities: Orchestrating High-Stakes Transactions and Strategic Growth

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and closing deals for both buy-side and sell-side engagements, ensuring seamless execution and optimal value realization.
• Execute high-profile inbound and outbound investments, collaborating with strategic and financial investors to identify and capitalize on lucrative opportunities.
• Advise emerging companies and shareholders on growth capital strategies, restructuring initiatives, and divestment plans to enhance shareholder value and operational efficiency.
• Assess critical deal dynamics, including potential deal breakers, pricing negotiations, and commercial terms, while coordinating closely with legal and advisory teams.
• Drive deal origination and pitch preparation, leveraging your extensive client network to identify and pursue transformative opportunities.
• Engage with senior leadership to evaluate performance metrics, commercial considerations, and strategic alignment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
