In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Microsoft ecosystem while overseeing our internal IT infrastructure. Core Responsibilities

As the backbone of our IT operations, your primary focus will be on managing and enhancing our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring it operates at peak efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Microsoft Environment Management: Lead the configuration, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Manage user permissions, digital identities, and Azure AD/Entra ID to ensure secure and streamlined access for all stakeholders.
• License and Security Governance: Oversee license management and enforce core security policies to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Comprehensive Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge across all Microsoft services, from cloud solutions to collaboration tools, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our technological infrastructure.

Beyond Microsoft, you will play a critical role in maintaining our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance:

• Infrastructure Monitoring and Support: Proactively monitor hardware, systems, and networks to identify and resolve malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Network and Connectivity Management: Oversee VPN connectivity and troubleshoot network issues to maintain seamless communication and collaboration across our team.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Develop and update internal IT documentation, including policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure consistency and best practices across all technical operations.

Secondary Responsibilities

In addition to your core duties, you will contribute to broader IT initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and user experience:

• Technical Support and Helpdesk: Provide daily troubleshooting for email, systems, printers, and network-related issues, ensuring our team can focus on their creative and strategic work without technical disruptions.
• Device and Tool Integration: Support the setup and configuration of new hardware and software, including tools like Zoom and Odoo, to integrate seamlessly with our existing systems.
• Technical Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software, and licenses, and coordinate warranty and maintenance services to extend the lifespan of our technological assets.
• Innovation and Security Awareness: Propose technical solutions to improve productivity and propose initiatives to raise security awareness among the team, fostering a culture of vigilance and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and technically adept professional with a passion for solving complex IT challenges. To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Proven Experience: At least two years of hands-on experience in the IT field, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and its suite of services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, and OneDrive.
• Location and Availability: Currently based in Riyadh, with the ability to start immediately to make an impact from day one.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Communication and Collaboration: Clear, organized communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across all levels of the organization.
