Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following core tasks:

• Metal Fabrication and Assembly: Perform precision welding using industry-standard techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to fabricate and assemble metal components for lighting structures and fixtures. Ensure all welds meet strict quality and safety standards.
• Project Execution: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to translate technical drawings and specifications into high-quality welded products. Adhere to project timelines and contribute to efficient workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of welded joints and finished products to identify defects, inconsistencies, or areas requiring rework. Implement corrective actions to maintain product integrity.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to workplace safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest welding technologies, techniques, and industry best practices. Provide feedback on processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications and Skills:
