Key Responsibilities:

• Revit Modeling: Develop and maintain high-fidelity **Revit 3D models** for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• BIM Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate architectural models with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and structural systems seamlessly.
• Technical Documentation: Generate accurate **construction documents**, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed annotations, using Revit and other CAD software.
• Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met with precision and efficiency while adhering to deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of models to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to project requirements.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of Revit workflows and best practices within the organization.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their vision and translate it into detailed, executable architectural models that meet their expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Revit or BIM is a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in **Autodesk Revit** with advanced knowledge of tools, families, and parametric modeling. Familiarity with **AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other CAD/BIM software** is a plus.
