Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of asset management and technical operations initiatives to align with Qiddiya’s long-term vision.
• Develop and implement robust asset management frameworks, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle management of technical infrastructure and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and procurement, to streamline asset acquisition, deployment, and disposal processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Establish and enforce industry best practices and compliance standards for asset management and technical operations within Qiddiya’s ecosystem.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on asset-related decisions and technical operational challenges.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging the adoption of cutting-edge solutions to support Qiddiya’s growth and sustainability goals.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and financial reporting for asset management and technical operations, ensuring alignment with organizational financial strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field; a PhD is a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership experience in asset management, technical operations, or a related domain, with a track record of driving operational excellence in large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of asset lifecycle management, technical infrastructure, and industry regulations, with a focus on best practices in asset optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, asset management software, and technical operational tools is highly desirable.
