As a Shift Engineer at Four Seasons, you will be part of a collaborative and high-performing team dedicated to delivering flawless service. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process optimization, all while adhering to the rigorous protocols of one of the world’s most iconic hospitality brands. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel’s infrastructure, from HVAC and electrical systems to plumbing and security, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience remains uninterrupted and exceptional.

In this full-time, on-site position at our Saudi Arabian location, you will:

• Oversee and maintain the hotel’s technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Lead shift operations with a focus on preventive maintenance, emergency response, and compliance with industry standards and Four Seasons’ operational guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with department heads, including Engineering, Housekeeping, and Front Office, to address technical issues and implement solutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues before they impact operations, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to sustainability initiatives by promoting energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource optimization in alignment with Four Seasons’ global sustainability goals.
• Train and mentor junior staff and cross-functional teams on technical best practices, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Leverage advanced technical skills to troubleshoot complex systems, interpret schematics, and implement innovative solutions that align with the hotel’s cutting-edge standards.
