• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Provide detailed, periodic reports on task execution, deviations, and performance metrics. Proactively address operational challenges and escalate complex issues to senior management for resolution.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within your area of responsibility. Uphold legislative compliance and promote a culture of safety and accountability across all operations.

Qualifications and Competencies

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for quality and operational excellence:

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are a significant advantage.
• Professional Experience: 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in QA/QC, electrical engineering, or a related discipline, with a strong track record in manufacturing, quality control, and process improvement.
