Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Finance, your responsibilities will be both expansive and impactful:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute a robust financial strategy that aligns with the property’s, ownership’s, and brand’s long-term objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to optimize performance, enhance return on investment, and identify emerging opportunities.
• Executive Advisory: Provide strategic financial insights to the General Manager and Executive Committee, helping them navigate risks, capitalize on opportunities, and make informed, high-impact decisions.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all accounting, reporting, audit, compliance, tax, and internal control processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to Marriott International’s standards.
• Resource Optimization: Manage working capital, cash flow, and financial resources with precision, balancing owner expectations with operational needs while maintaining The Ritz-Carlton’s signature luxury standards.
