Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, reservations, and special requests with precision and warmth. Utilize advanced point-of-sale systems and databases to efficiently manage guest information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
• Operational Excellence: Leverage industry-leading software—including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools—to prepare and transmit documents with meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, from updating records to coordinating service logistics.
• Brand Representation: Uphold the St. Regis standard of elegance and professionalism in every interaction. Welcome guests with grace, anticipate their needs, and deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations. Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets with integrity.
