• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify the operational readiness of the vehicle, including brakes, tires, lights, and other critical components.
• Provide exceptional passenger service by maintaining a courteous, professional, and attentive demeanor, addressing inquiries, and assisting passengers as needed.
• Adhere to scheduled routes and timelines while ensuring punctuality and reliability in all operations.
• Collaborate with dispatch and maintenance teams to report any vehicle issues promptly and coordinate with support services for timely resolutions.
