Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your contributions will be instrumental in:

• Application Development and Support: Actively support and develop RSA Archer applications to ensure they meet evolving business and regulatory needs, enhancing functionality and user experience.
• Configuration and Customization: Design, configure, and customize workflows, applications, fields, dashboards, and reports to align with organizational goals and compliance standards, ensuring scalability and adaptability.
• GRC Process Optimization: Provide end-to-end support for Governance, Risk & Compliance processes, addressing user requests and ensuring seamless execution of assessments, controls, and reporting.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex platform, workflow, and integration issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity.
• Platform Upgrades and Deployment: Lead and support platform upgrades, including rigorous testing, deployment, and configuration changes, to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Validation and Testing: Perform comprehensive regression testing and post-upgrade validation to verify system integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous learning within the team.
• Collaborative Engagement: Participate in knowledge-transfer activities, collaborating with both business and technical teams to drive alignment, improve processes, and enhance overall GRC capabilities.

• Upgrade and Testing Skills: Proven experience supporting platform upgrades, configuration changes, and regression testing to ensure seamless transitions and system reliability.
