Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Delivery Excellence: Conduct thorough inspections of medical devices to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards before delivery, guaranteeing seamless readiness for deployment.
• Installation and Readiness: Install medical devices with precision, ensuring they are fully operational and compliant with manufacturer specifications for immediate use.
• Proactive Maintenance: Perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration as needed to resolve technical issues promptly and maintain optimal device performance.
• Preventive Care: Execute periodic preventive maintenance tasks in alignment with manufacturer guidelines to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of medical equipment.
• Recall Management: Adhere to recall protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to mitigate risks and maintain device integrity.
• Inventory and Resource Management: Maintain accurate stock levels of tools, test equipment, and spare parts to support timely repairs and replacements, ensuring operational continuity.
• Contract Execution: Manage and fulfill service contracts with precision, delivering consistent and reliable support to our clients.
• Customer-Centric Support: Provide end-to-end customer service through dedicated channels, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
• Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell additional services, consumables, accessories, and spare parts to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth.
• Training and Safety: Deliver comprehensive training sessions for hospital biomedical engineers, emphasizing best practices, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and submit all necessary documentation in adherence to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Support other departments by aligning efforts with company goals, fostering interdepartmental synergy for collective success.
• Reporting and Analytics: Compile and present detailed reports on maintenance activities, customer feedback, and operational metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Financial Follow-Up: Ensure timely acknowledgment of invoices and follow up with clients to maintain smooth financial transactions and relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in biomedical engineering, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a **Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering** from an accredited institution, with a proven track record of professional excellence.
• Be a **certified member of the Saudi Council of Engineers**, demonstrating adherence to the highest industry standards and ethical practices.
• Exhibit **advanced technical proficiency**, enabling you to diagnose, repair, and optimize medical devices with expertise and efficiency.
• Possess **exceptional negotiation and communication skills**, facilitating effective dialogue with clients, vendors, and internal teams in both **Arabic and English**.

• Bring **at least 2 years of hands-on experience** as a Biomedical Engineer, with a focus on after-sales support, maintenance, and customer service.
