• Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, aesthetic practitioners, clinics, and influential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive adoption and trust in our innovative solutions.
• Scientific and Clinical Support: Provide accurate, evidence-based information on aesthetic medical devices, ensuring that all communications align with the highest standards of medical and regulatory compliance.
• Educational Leadership: Lead and deliver engaging product presentations, clinical discussions, and educational sessions tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals and customers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Market and Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, clinical practices, and emerging trends in aesthetic medicine to inform product development and market strategies.
• Feedback and Collaboration: Gather actionable insights from healthcare professionals and relay them to internal teams, contributing to data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate seamlessly with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to align efforts and enhance the overall success of our medical and educational programs.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant role such as Medical Science Liaison, Medical Affairs, Clinical Specialist, Medical Representative, or Medical Sales, with a strong focus on aesthetic medical devices.
• Academic Background: A Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare field, demonstrating a solid foundation in medical and scientific principles.
• Industry Specialization: Proven expertise in aesthetic medical devices, with a deep understanding of clinical applications, treatment approaches, and market dynamics.
• Location and Language: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with fluency in English. Arabic language proficiency is highly advantageous and will be a significant asset in engaging with local stakeholders.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel within Saudi Arabia as required to support our global and regional initiatives.
