We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Country Management Office (CMO) team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless, compliant, and efficient operation of our business in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Group Operations Manager and supported by the CMO Senior Business Manager and Head of Business Services, you will be the backbone of our operational resilience, procurement processes, and cross-functional coordination.

Your Impact

As the Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will span multiple high-impact areas, ensuring our organization remains agile, compliant, and prepared for any challenge. Your work will directly contribute to the stability, efficiency, and growth of CTRD Arabia’s operations in KSA. Key focus areas include:

• Business Resilience and Crisis Management: You will be instrumental in maintaining and updating critical documentation, including Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and risk assessments. Your meticulous record-keeping will ensure that our organization remains prepared for incidents, audits, and scenario exercises. You will collaborate closely with the Group Operations Manager to track actions, coordinate improvements, and maintain auditable evidence of all resilience-related activities. Additionally, you will support crisis response frameworks, ensuring accurate documentation of incidents, communications, and recovery efforts.
• Procurement and Compliance: Partnering with the procurement team, you will assist in sourcing local suppliers in KSA and supporting in-person engagements as needed. Your role will involve tracking procurement requests, approvals, and expenditures to optimize cost efficiency while adhering to internal policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. By maintaining compliance and transparency in procurement processes, you will help drive operational excellence.
• Operations Project Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement: You will act as a bridge between CMO departments, coordinating workflows, implementing documentation systems, and ensuring adherence to operational policies. Your ability to build strong relationships across the organization will be key to facilitating timely actions and successful project outcomes. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement will be essential in aligning teams toward shared goals.
