As the **Business Analyst**, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics and industry-specific tools to uncover actionable intelligence. Your work will directly influence territory design, sales forecasting, and performance management, ensuring the company’s commercial initiatives are both data-driven and aligned with market realities. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Market Insights: Translate raw market data into strategic recommendations, guiding commercial decisions from territory planning to performance optimization.
• IQVIA Data Mastery: Develop and maintain a weighted sales potential map for KSA using IQVIA and other proprietary data sources, ensuring accuracy and actionability.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Design, develop, and manage commercial performance dashboards to monitor KPIs post-launch. Provide regular, insightful reports to the Go-To-Market (GTM) committee, highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Data Storytelling: Bridge the gap between raw data and business strategy by identifying key insights and presenting them in a clear, compelling manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and analytical rigor:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in business analytics, sales analytics, or commercial excellence within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector—specifically in Saudi Arabia.
• Technical Proficiency: Mandatory expertise in IQVIA data tools, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is required.
• Analytical Mindset: A natural ability to interpret data narratives and derive meaningful business stories from complex datasets.
• Strategic Thinking: The capacity to connect granular data points to overarching business objectives, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
