Key Responsibilities:

**Guest Relations & Communication:**

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing courteous, professional, and efficient support via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Anticipate guest needs with precision, ensuring their experience aligns with the refined expectations of the St. Regis brand.
• Assist guests with accessibility requirements, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity and exceptional service.

**Administrative Excellence & Data Management:**

• Leverage advanced computer systems to accurately input, retrieve, and update guest records, reservations, and operational documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using industry-standard software, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Verify and refine written materials to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and alignment with St. Regis standards before dissemination.

**Operational Support & Compliance:**

• Familiarize yourself with and adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and operational protocols to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, embodying the St. Regis ethos of elegance and attention to detail in both uniform and demeanor.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive information and protecting company assets with integrity.
