In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing grassroots talent, optimizing program delivery, and ensuring seamless infrastructure support—helping to build a thriving motorsport ecosystem for future generations.

Reporting directly to the Programs & Infrastructure Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to merge administrative expertise with motorsport passion. You will be instrumental in coordinating high-impact programs, managing logistical operations, and maintaining robust records that drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

As the backbone of our Motorsport Development initiatives, your role will encompass:

• Program Coordination: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of grassroots and development programs across diverse regions, ensuring alignment with SAMF’s strategic objectives and participant needs.
• Facility & Equipment Management: Oversee facility-access arrangements and equipment provision for development programs, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and sustainably to support participant growth.
• Data & Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous program records, participation analytics, and infrastructure-status updates in compliance with SAMF’s operational standards, leveraging data to enhance program performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between SAMF, regional clubs, facilities, and partners, facilitating clear communication and resolving logistical challenges to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Reporting & Analysis: Assist in compiling program-performance reports and participation metrics, providing actionable insights to the Programs & Infrastructure Manager for continuous improvement.
• Administrative & Budgetary Support: Contribute to infrastructure-planning activities and program budgeting, ensuring financial transparency and resource optimization for sustainable development.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for motorsport and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in program development or operational excellence.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, administrative support, or sports operations, with a preference for those who have worked within grassroots or development-program contexts.
• Proven expertise in data management, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and record-keeping systems, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tracking program metrics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders, including clubs, facilities, and regional partners.
• A results-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment, where adaptability and problem-solving are key to success.
