Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following core tasks:

• Daily Bank Reconciliations: Perform meticulous bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and promptly investigate and resolve any discrepancies to maintain operational integrity.
• Payment Processing: Upload and process payments through banking platforms, ensuring timely and error-free transactions while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
• Remittance Management: Download and distribute remittance advice to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency in payment tracking.
• Inward Payment Monitoring: Monitor and record all inward payments with precision, maintaining up-to-date records for financial reporting and auditing purposes.
• Treasury Reporting: Compile and update daily treasury and payment reports, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless payment operations and address any operational challenges proactively.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, treasury, or financial operations, with a focus on payment processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Basic knowledge of treasury and banking processes, including familiarity with payment systems, remittance tracking, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and reporting tools, to efficiently manage financial data and generate insights.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring that all financial records and transactions are error-free and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders while maintaining clear and professional documentation.
