In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust Oracle Fusion solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integrations, efficient reporting, and optimized system performance across Fusion ERP, HCM, and SCM modules. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion applications, including ERP, HCM, and SCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations using **PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI** to enhance data reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Leverage **FBDI (Fusion Business Data Integration) and ADFDI (Application Data File Integration)** to streamline data migration and loading processes.
• Develop and maintain **REST and SOAP APIs** to facilitate seamless system integrations and enhance interoperability.
• Utilize **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)** to build and manage integration flows, ensuring real-time data synchronization across disparate systems.
• Create and optimize reports, interfaces, and extensions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and scalability.

Qualifications and Skills

• A **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• **5+ years of hands-on experience** in Oracle Fusion Technical Consulting, with a strong focus on development, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven expertise in **PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI** for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Experience with **FBDI/ADFDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)** to facilitate seamless system integrations.
• Experience with **Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM** is highly preferred.
• **Fluency in Arabic** is mandatory, as this role will require interaction with clients and teams in the Saudi market.
• Strong **communication skills** to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional **problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities** to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
