Key Responsibilities

In this multifaceted role, your responsibilities will span a wide range of critical IT functions, including but not limited to:

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide end-to-end technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues with precision and efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripheral devices. Ensure all IT assets are aligned with organizational standards and operational requirements.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems: Gain hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms such as Odoo and SAP, managing system configurations, user access, and data integrity to support business processes.
• Network and Communication Support: Manage and monitor IT networks, communications systems, and infrastructure to guarantee reliable connectivity and data transmission. Proactively identify and resolve network-related issues to maintain seamless operations.
• System Performance and Security: Monitor system and network performance, implementing robust security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data. Conduct regular audits and updates to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Data Management and Backup: Perform critical data backups and adhere to business continuity procedures to protect against data loss. Ensure all IT documentation, procedures, and records are up-to-date and accessible.
• Vendor and Service Coordination: Collaborate with external service providers and vendors to resolve technical issues and procure necessary IT services. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline service delivery.
• Project Support and Development: Assist in IT system development and upgrade projects, contributing to the evolution of our technological capabilities. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in IT to drive continuous improvement.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare technical and periodic reports for the IT department, highlighting performance metrics, issues resolved, and recommendations for enhancement. Ensure strict adherence to information security and data protection policies.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Nationality: Saudi national only.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on technical support, IT infrastructure, and network management. Immediate availability is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, along with experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo and SAP is highly advantageous.
• Communication and Collaboration: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are critical.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex technical issues, implement solutions, and provide training to end-users. A logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting is a must.
