Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of marketing functions, ensuring alignment with Cochlear’s mission to revolutionize hearing care. Key responsibilities include:

• Campaign Leadership: Design, coordinate, and execute consumer-focused marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, video, and event platforms to maximize engagement and lead generation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Development, Public Relations, Events, Creative Services, and external agencies to ensure cohesive, on-time, and budget-conscious campaign delivery.
• Paid Advertising & Lead Generation: Support the development and optimization of paid advertising strategies, collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance creative execution, copywriting, and campaign performance.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics—including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI—to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Product Launch Support: Facilitate the launch of new products by managing collateral development, website updates, advertising assets, and customer communications to ensure a successful market introduction.
• Market & Competitive Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive positioning, and consumer behavior to inform messaging strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline marketing processes, including campaign calendars, project management, content workflows, and budget tracking, to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee budget administration, vendor coordination, and expenditure reporting to ensure responsible financial management while supporting strategic marketing goals.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold Cochlear’s brand standards across all touchpoints, ensuring messaging remains consumer-centric, compelling, and aligned with the company’s values.
