Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a highly qualified Saudi National with a proven track record in finance management and a passion for driving operational excellence. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
• Experience: At least 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong emphasis on management and leadership roles. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and P&L management is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Analytical and Strategic Mindset: A demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations that drive business success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and operational teams to align financial strategies with broader organisational goals.
• Multi-Entity Experience: Familiarity with multi-entity, shared-services, or operationally diverse environments is highly advantageous.
• Professional Certifications: While not mandatory, certifications such as CMA, CPA, SOCPA, or ACCA will be viewed favourably and may enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

• A base salary of up to SAR 28,100 per month, reflecting the value of your contributions.
