Your Impact

In this full-time, hybrid role based in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia, you will combine on-site clinical expertise with flexible remote responsibilities, including documentation, tele-rehabilitation, and patient follow-ups. Your day-to-day contributions will include:

• Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations through detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and functional assessments to develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Individualized Therapy Delivery: Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
• Patient and Family Education: Equip patients and their families with essential knowledge on home care strategies, injury prevention, and long-term management to ensure sustainable recovery.
• Collaborative Care: Work seamlessly with healthcare professionals, including doctors, occupational therapists, and nurses, to align treatment goals and optimize patient outcomes.
• Clinical Documentation and Compliance: Maintain precise and up-to-date records while adhering to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A recognized degree in Physiotherapy and valid professional licensure (or eligibility to practice) in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven proficiency in patient assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently, prioritize clinical tasks, and maintain rigorous documentation standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and diverse healthcare teams.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and electronic health records, along with a willingness to adapt to tele-rehabilitation platforms.
• A commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Preferred experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation, as well as prior clinical or hospital settings.
