Key Responsibilities:

• Create a memorable first impression by greeting clients with a friendly, professional, and polished demeanor upon arrival, setting the tone for their entire visit.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, including phone calls, messages, and in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Efficiently manage appointment bookings, including confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations, while maintaining an organized digital and physical record-keeping system.
• Provide clients with clear, detailed information about our comprehensive range of services, pricing, and exclusive promotions, enhancing their understanding and engagement.
• Oversee check-in and check-out processes with meticulous attention to detail, including processing payments and ensuring a seamless transition between services.
• Maintain a pristine, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area that reflects our brand’s commitment to luxury and professionalism.
• Coordinate closely with our skilled technicians and therapists to ensure a fluid and efficient service flow, minimizing wait times and maximizing client satisfaction.
• Address client concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, offering solutions and escalating complex issues to the management team as needed.
• Leverage advanced booking systems and basic computer applications to streamline operations, track daily bookings, and maintain accurate records of client data and transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma or certification in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in a spa, nail salon, beauty establishment, or hospitality setting is preferred, though not mandatory for motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a natural affinity for building rapport and fostering positive client relationships.
• A professional appearance and a warm, welcoming attitude that aligns with our brand’s values and client expectations.
• Proficient in utilizing modern booking systems, scheduling software, and basic computer applications to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of focus and professionalism.
• Strong proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Arabic is a significant asset and will be highly valued in our diverse client base.
