Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead the sales strategy for HUMAIN’s supply chain and logistics vertical, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition through innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and execute a high-impact sales pipeline, focusing on strategic accounts, enterprise clients, and partnerships that align with HUMAIN’s vision for AI leadership in logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business development, pre-sales, solution architecture, and product engineering—to design and deliver tailored AI solutions that address the most pressing challenges in supply chain optimization, predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
• Engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers to articulate the transformative value of AI in logistics, positioning HUMAIN as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
• Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams, ensuring alignment with HUMAIN’s commercial objectives and fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation.
• Leverage AI expertise to shape and sell advanced solutions such as generative AI, agentic AI, digital twins, IoT, and intelligent automation, ensuring these technologies are seamlessly integrated into supply chain workflows.
• Negotiate and close strategic deals that maximize revenue, gross margins, and long-term customer relationships while aligning with HUMAIN’s growth strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

To thrive in this role, you must bring a blend of industry expertise, commercial acumen, and technological vision. We are looking for:

• Advanced educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, or AI solutions sales, with a strong focus on supply chain and logistics. Your career should reflect a trajectory of senior sales leadership, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue, manage P&L performance, and lead high-impact commercial functions.
• Proven success in leading sales teams and matrix pursuit teams, collaborating with account sales, domain consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, product, engineering, and delivery teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Expertise in complex enterprise sales cycles, including the ability to originate, shape, and sell advanced AI solutions for supply chain and logistics use cases such as demand forecasting, route optimization, warehouse automation, and predictive maintenance.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, with direct ownership of pipeline, bookings, revenue, and forecast performance. Your experience should include winning and expanding strategic accounts across industries such as logistics, transportation, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, aviation, ports, energy, and industrial operations.
• Regional sales experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage, particularly if you have established relationships with key supply chain and logistics decision-makers in the region.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following will further strengthen your candidacy:

• Professional certifications such as ASCM/APICS CSCP or CLTD, CIPS, PMP, or recognized AI, analytics, or cloud certifications.
• Experience in a senior sales leadership role within an AI company, technology provider, enterprise software organization, digital consultancy, or systems integrator.
• A deep understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and compliance in logistics, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards.
