Qualifications and Criteria

To excel in this role, you must bring a blend of academic rigor, professional experience, and a deep commitment to psychological well-being:

• Advanced Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in Psychological Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Organizational Psychology, from a recognized institution.
• Proven Expertise: Minimum of six years of documented professional experience in psychological consultation or mental health, with registration under the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).
• Licensed Professional: A valid Professional Classification or License as a Senior Psychologist issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Geographic Commitment: Willingness to base operations in Riyadh, KSA, or the flexibility to relocate for the project duration.
